Since our products are handmade, some items may require additional preparation time during festive seasons or bulk orders.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹599.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking ID
• Courier partner details

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier service issues
• Public holidays
• High order volume during festive seasons

Saugaat Handmade is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

• Do not accept the package
