At Saugaat Handmade, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are handcrafted with care, we request you to read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• An unboxing video is required as proof for damaged/wrong items
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
• Customized or personalized orders
2.Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
• The product must be shipped back to us
• After inspection, your refund will be processed
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
Refund processing time:
5–7 business days after approval.
3.Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for:
• Size issues (if applicable)
• Damaged items
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
4.Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible as the product may already be in processing.

As all our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or finishing are natural and not considered defects.
